Hitting a snag in the dashboard or during signup? Most issues resolve in a step or two. Find your symptom below — and if anything here doesn't fix it, email support@nemorouter.ai and we'll sort it out for you.

"We could not finish setting up your account automatically" — what do I do?

You'll see this on the onboarding screen (Step 1 — Set Up Team) when the automatic account-setup step doesn't finish. This is a temporary server-side hiccup, not a problem with your browser — and your signup details are saved.

Do this, in order:

1. Click "Try again" on the page. This re-runs the setup and resolves the large majority of cases.
2. If it still fails after a couple of tries, click "Email support" (or email support@nemorouter.ai). We finish the setup manually — your account and details are safe, nothing is lost.

You do not need to clear cookies, sign out, or open a private/incognito window for this one — it's a backend setup step, so those won't help. Your progress is saved either way.

A dashboard page is blank or stuck loading — how do I fix it?

This is usually a client-side or session glitch:

1. Refresh the page.
2. If it's still stuck, sign out and sign back in at nemorouter.ai/login.
3. If it persists, a hard refresh (or a private/incognito window) rules out a stale cached page. Still stuck? Email support@nemorouter.ai with the page URL and roughly when it happened.

I can't sign in or I'm stuck in a login loop

1. On the login screen, choose "Use a password instead" if a magic link isn't arriving.
2. Check your spam / Promotions folder for the sign-in email.
3. Reset your password from nemorouter.ai/login → "Forgot password".
4. Still blocked? Email support@nemorouter.ai.
