To support the delivery of our Services, NemoRouter("CloudAct Inc.") engages and uses data processors with access to certain Customer Data (each, a "Subprocessor"). This page provides important information about the identity, location, and role of each Subprocessor.
We perform rigorous security and privacy reviews before engaging any new Subprocessor. All Subprocessors are subject to strict contractual obligations to ensure they process personal data securely in accordance with GDPR and other applicable laws.

Updates to this List
We may update this list from time to time as our business evolves. We will notify customers of any new Subprocessor at least 30 days prior to authorizing the new Subprocessor to process Customer Data.
