6. Local Storage & Session Storage
In addition to cookies, NemoRouter uses browser storage for non-sensitive preferences:
- localStorage: Theme preference (light/dark), UI state
- sessionStorage: Playground API key (cleared when tab closes — never persisted)
These are not cookies and are not transmitted to our servers.
