Promotion Terms

1. The Offer

For a limited time, Nemo Router is waiving its platform fee for the first 1,000,000 organizations to create an account. During the Promotion, the platform fee on every plan tier (Pay-As-You-Go, Monthly, and Annual) is 0%. The platform fee is the percentage Nemo Router adds on top of credit purchases; it is separate from the underlying model/usage cost, which you always pay in full.

The Promotion runs until the earlier of (a) the first 1,000,000 organizations having registered, or (b) July 31, 2026, unless ended or extended earlier by Nemo Router (Section 7).

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is available to new organizations that register a Nemo Router account during the promotional window described in Section 1. Eligibility is determined by Nemo Router in its reasonable discretion and may exclude accounts created through fraud, abuse, duplicate or automated sign-ups, or any activity that violates the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy. The Promotion has no cash value and is not exchangeable, transferable, or redeemable for credit.

3. “Locked for Life” — Every Plan

An eligible organization that registers during the promotional window receives the 0% platform fee for the life of the account on every plan— Pay-As-You-Go, monthly, and annual alike. That rate will not be increased by Nemo Routerfor as long as the account remains in good standing, and the lock is retained even after the Promotion has otherwise ended for new customers. This is the firm “locked for life” guarantee, and it applies regardless of which plan you are on now or move to later (see Section 4).

4. Your Rate Follows Your Account

The 0% locked rate is tied to your account, not to a specific plan. If you switch between Pay-As-You-Go, monthly, and annual plans, the locked 0% platform fee continues to apply. The lock covers the platform fee only (Section 5) and is conditioned on the account remaining in good standing and compliant with these Promotion Terms and the Terms of Service (see Sections 8 and 9). It does not transfer to a different account and has no cash value.

5. What the 0% Fee Covers

The Promotion waives the Nemo Router platform fee only. It does not waive, reduce, or affect the underlying model/usage cost of API requests (the credits consumed by your traffic), payment-processing requirements, the minimum credit purchase of $5 per transaction, or any taxes that may apply. You continue to purchase and consume credits in the ordinary way; only the platform-fee percentage is set to 0% under the Promotion.

Free-tier model restriction. Any complimentary sign-up credits granted on the free promotional tier are limited to a designated set of models (currently Google Gemini models) and may not be usable on every model Nemo Router offers. The eligible model set may change at Nemo Router’s discretion. This restriction applies to the free credit grant only; it does not affect paid credit purchases, which may be used across available models subject to the Terms of Service.

6. No Performance, Throughput or Latency Guarantee

The Promotion is a pricing benefit only. It does not include, and must not be relied upon as, any guarantee of dedicated capacity, throughput, requests-per-minute (RPM) or tokens-per-minute (TPM) provisioning, latency, uptime, or any other performance service level. Rate limits and throughput for promotional accounts follow standard plan defaults and are provided on a best-effort, shared-capacity basis and may change. Dedicated capacity, reserved throughput, and contractual performance or latency commitments are available only under paid commitment tiers or a separate written agreement, and are not part of this Promotion. Nothing in this Promotion modifies or creates any service-level agreement; any applicable SLA is governed solely by the Service Level Agreement and your plan.

7. Right to Modify or End the Promotion

Nemo Router may modify, suspend, shorten, extend, or end the Promotion at any time, with or without notice, including before the 1,000,000-customer cap or the July 31, 2026 date is reached. Ending the Promotion stops new enrollments but does not affect the 0% “locked for life” rate already secured by eligible customers under Section 3 — that rate is retained for the life of those accounts. Any change is effective when posted to this page or otherwise communicated by Nemo Router.

8. Misuse, Abuse & Forfeiture

The Promotion is extended in good faith to legitimate, trusted customers and is conditioned on continued good-faith, compliant use. Any misuse, abuse, fraud, or attempt to manipulate the Promotion — including, without limitation, creating multiple or automated accounts to claim the benefit more than once, reselling or transferring the benefit, misrepresenting eligibility, or violating the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy — will result in the immediate termination and forfeiture of all promotional offers and benefits associated with the account, at Nemo Router’s sole discretion, without notice and without refund. Nemo Router may additionally suspend or terminate the account under the Terms of Service.

9. Good Faith; No Warranty; Limitation of Liability

The Promotion is offered in good faith and provided strictly “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nemo Router and CloudAct Inc.disclaim all liability for any claims, losses, or damages arising out of or relating to the Promotion — including its availability, pricing, modification, suspension, or termination, and including any reliance on promotional pricing. Any liability that cannot be disclaimed is limited as set out in the Limitation of Liability section of the Terms of Service. The “locked for life” commitment for eligible customers (Section 3) is honored in good faith and remains subject to the account’s continued compliance with the Terms of Service and these Promotion Terms.

10. General

The Promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. Nemo Routerreserves the right to disqualify any organization it reasonably believes has tampered with, abused, or violated these Promotion Terms. Except as expressly modified here, your use of the Service remains governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
