We keep it simple: a 30-minute intro call, a take-home project (paid), and a final team conversation. The whole process takes about a week.
We're a remote-first company and can hire in most countries. We work with employer-of-record services for international team members.
Next.js 16, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, Supabase (Postgres), Python/FastAPI, and LiteLLM. We deploy on Azure Container Apps.
