About the role

You will help more people find Nemo Router on Google and on AI search tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You will also own all of our social media and community channels — including Discord and Slack. This is a hands-on role with real ownership: you set the plan, you ship the work, and you guide the Junior SEO Engineer.

What you'll do

Make our website rank higher on Google
Find the words people search for and write a plan to win them
Fix technical problems on the site — speed, links, page setup, sitemaps
Make sure AI tools mention Nemo Router when people ask about LLM gateways
Own and grow all 10 social handles — Discord, Slack, X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, GitHub, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
Keep the community active and reply to people
Track results in Google Search Console and Analytics, and show what works
Guide and teach the Junior SEO Engineer

Required experience

4+ years doing SEO with proof you have ranked pages on Google
You have run Discord and Slack communities before
You know Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar)
You can read basic code and HTML (you do not need to be a developer)
Good, clear writing in simple English
You can lead a small team

You have grown a brand on X, LinkedIn, or YouTube
